“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.” ~Winston Churchill~
Once a farmer asked his neighbor why his tomatoes were so red and his cucumbers were so long; the neighbor said he just nourished the soil and watered his plants every day. There is nothing strange in nourishing soil and watering it, but another day the farmer noticed that his neighbor was singing while working in his garden, and then he understood that it didn’t matter how your fertilize you soil, if you don’t like your occupation.
Attitude makes amateur become professional, and make that professional become the best. Sometimes it seems to be unimportant, but driven by internal motivation attitude makes you differ and get ahead of others. It is astonishing but competence without attitude is without value, while attitude without competence may create beautiful things.
Look around yourself. What if baker cooked without attitude and the salesman sold without attitude? Do you know how insipid would be the bread then? What if teachers taught our children without attitude? Almost everything in the world is done with attitude, otherwise what for to do it?
Attitude is a piece of your soul left in the work done by you, which makes your effort fruitful in a spiritual way not only in a physical. Only then you may be sure you have done a good job, and you may certainly enjoy the fruits of other’s job.
Unfortunately attitude doesn’t mean a positive one, very often negative attitude can happen and it can’t be avoided, but in any case both of them are natural and useful because we are all human beings and we all need to feel emotions and respond to them.
We need attitude in order to feel we are still alive and we have opinion. Bring your point of view to the world, because that is attitude – your point of view
