Stay Positive: Laugh more, Worry less

There is a study that states  that your heart get upset  every time you get mad, and that most people that die of heart attack are the people that have upset their heart too many time.   This makes sense because most people that die of heart attack are old people , they have years of upsetting their heart. Think about it, if you are 50 and get mad once a day,  it means you have upset your heart  18250 times (50*365). And most of us get upset more than once a day and we should all do a better job to bring that number down.

Older People that manage to keep a healthy heart are the ones that don’t get upset too often. You might think “oh well they don’t get upset as much because they don’t have all the problem that I have” That is not the case , Everyone has problems, it does not matter who you are , problems are just part of life. The question is how do you react to these problems.  “Some people feel the rain. Others just get wet.” ~ bob Marley~

We should all learn how to stay positive no matter what the situation is.  Getting mad will only hurt your heart and  won’t change the situation. My advice to you today is to Stay Positive, Laugh more and Worry less
